On Thursday, the House Committee on Energy and Commerce passed on one of the most important pieces of legislation in this Congress named “The American Clean Energy and Security Act of 2009.” Now it goes on to the full House.

As the only Member of Congress from Missouri who sits on this committee, Congressman Roy Blunt is one of the first to debate the merits of this vital policy.
